Why my video is not showing on public?

To show video on public you must add thumbnail to your video. Without thumbnail your video will not show on public.

Your thumbnail should be in jpg format with resolution 1280 x 720 or less.

After uploading your video on SonaFree, click Thumb nail at the bottom right side of the video on the Creator’s Dashboard. Choose your thumbnail and upload it.
